1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of MathBlast (the “Service”), which is operated by Simodyn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the EULA.

2. Acceptable Use and Community Rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
• No illegal, infringing, or deceptive content or activity.
• No malware, scraping, or attempts to circumvent security.
• Do not spam or manipulate ratings or discovery features.
• Only upload content you have rights to share.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations, including paid accounts, with or without notice where legally permitted.

3. Sharing and Discoverability

We may provide features that allow sharing worksheets with other users, publishing to a gallery, participating in ratings, or similar community activities. Visibility settings and controls may affect who can access your content. Publicly shared content may be indexed or displayed to others.

4. Ownership and Licences

You retain ownership of your content. To operate the Service, you grant us the licences described in the EULA (Section 4). Where your content includes personal data, we will process it per the Privacy Policy.

5. Paid Features

We may offer paid plans or features. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable once the billing period starts.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access: (a) for breaches of these Terms or the EULA; (b) to comply with law; or (c) where your use risks harm to us, the Service, or other users. On termination, your right to access the Service ends, but Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., licences, limitations of liability) will continue.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you and, where required, seek renewed acceptance.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Simodyn Ltd participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. This means we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases from Amazon or similar retailers when we link to products from the Service or companion communications. Affiliate links do not change the price you pay and we only recommend resources that are relevant to math practice or classroom productivity. Sponsored or affiliate content will always be identified as such.
